This GPS mount works perfectly with our Garmin Nuvi. It is very stable on the dashboard and has a ball typle holder that allows you to easily adjust the Nuvi screen up or down and left to right. I especially like the easy yet simple mechanism that allows one to quickly clip the Nuvi to the mount or to take it off. Great product for the price.

Highly underrated story of rehabilitated lawyer Reggie Love (Sarandon) taking a case for $1 from a pre-adolescent Mark Sway (Brad Renfro). Mark and his younger brother have witnessed a gangland suicide which has severely traumatized the latter. Acting quickly, Atty. Love defends the boy against not only the mafia, but against a legal system, led by state political wannnabe Jones. Jones wants headlines and notoriety, Sarandon wants protection for Mark and his family. The movie includes a memorable confrontation right at the outset, and a grizzly discovery of a missing corpse, just seconds ahead of mafia intervention. Somehow, this 1994 vintage production never seemed to garner the support that this reviewer has always thought that it deserved. Perhaps the underlying theme of “equal justice” seldom being the case for the poor and uneducated raised again a subject too sensitive to the privileged. Anyway, see this entertaining movie and then form your own opinion.

I’ve searched for years for this movie, ZOTZ!, because it’s a classic and it’s unique to it’s genre. It does get a little corny in the end, but for it’s time it was a magnificent movie. Tom Poston was fabulous in the part and the supporting cast was great! If you’re into fantasy based movies from the 1960’s then you’ll probably like this one. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The depth of the characters and their voices hold you while reading this book. I’m generally a non-fiction reader but this author writes so beautifully that I felt I was watching a movie. The range of emotions that the characters experience flowed to me as the reader. Some situations made me uncomfortable for the characters…now THAT’S a well-written piece.

I highly recommend spending a few hours with this cast.

this movie had wonderful and entertaining gadgets, yet it did not have much of a plot. Sean connery and Catherine Zeta-Jones had no chemistry.(probably because she’s less than half his age) The ending is too hunky-dory, too easy. I do suggest renting this movie,if not only for the gadgets. This was definately not CZ-J’s or Sean Connery’s best performance. (look at mask of Zorro or a James Bond movie for Their best performances)

This scale is wonderful! Not only is it attractive, but you just step on it and your weight appears in easy to see numbers. The company seems to really care about their product and the satisfaction of their customers. I would definitely recommend this scale to anyone as a fabulous value for the money.

If you watch 1970’s “Music Lovers”, Ken Russell’s badly misinformed portrait of the life of Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky, you may think people were as open about homosexuality in the 1870s and they were starting to become in the 1970s. Europeans have always been more open and accepting of lifestyle than Americans, but this film treatment still borders on the ridiculous.

The subject of Russell’s dissertation, Tchaikovsky, was one of the half-dozen greatest classical music composers in history. He remains the greatest architect of ballet among all composers with “Swan Lake” — some scenes of which are delightfully reenacted in this film — holding steadfast to its reputation as the greatest of all ballet. Tchaikovsky also wrote six symphonies, three piano concertos, three operas that remain in the standard repertory, a violin concerto and the late romantic era’s most endearing and beloved orchestral music on subjects ranging from Shakespeare (Romeo and Juliet, Francesa da Rimini) to travelogue (Capriccio Italian) to history (1812 Overture, March Slav).

Tchaikovsky, who died age 53 after composing his dynamic and depressing Symphony No. 6, was homosexual and was tormented by his homosexuality, which is the aspect of his life this film exploits. A remarkable early scene, where actor Ricahrd Chamberlain, playing Tchaikovsky, premieres his magnificent Piano Concerto No. 1 to the conservatory, is followed almost immediately by a scene of the composer in bed with a boyfriend. This is the exploitative nature of the film, which merges sensationalism with incorrect history to give viewers an incorrect thumbprint of the composer.

Just as “Amadeus” did not always accurately reflect Mozart and the abominable “Immortal Beloved” was essentially 100 percent wrong in its portrayal of Ludwig van Beethoven, so too does “Music Lovers” poorly portray the life and times of Tchaikovsy. However, the two musical scenes provide insight for novices into the range of expression the composer offer

This was one of the best Sean Connery movies I have ever seen. I’m a big fan of him and CZJ. I really don’t see why people don’t like it. So what if Sean Connery’s old! I don’t think that interferes with his acting. Just a couple complaints. Too many bad words. This would have been just about perfect if it weren’t for those words. They are just not needed. And THANK YOU for not having any naked scenes. There are just TOO many of those types of movies in this world. I’m putting this movie on my wish list. It’s funny at times and really cool and exciting. No questions asked.

I saw this movie about 2 weeks ago and I was amazed. Catherine Zeta Jones and Sean Connery are amazing together. The plot is about a thief Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta Jones who together try to steal billions of dollars from a bank in a foreign bank for there own benefit. What happens at the end? You’ll have to watch it first. This movie will keep you at the edge of the seat! Guaranteed!
