Easy to use, and gets great result. It not only cleaned the carpet, but the renewed it. The carpet is more plush and very soft to walk on. The carpet does not get wet a lot if you do it right, further, the ’spill pickup’ functionality is just great. I accidentally spill the water on the carpet and this m/c sucked it right out, leaving the carpet very dry.
However, there is a trick to this, it is absolutely essential that you ensure that all the pieces of the puzzle put together, before you start cleaning. It will take you a while to understand the right way to use this m/c.
Important note : Make sure that you can see the water being sucked in once you start vacuuming, otherwise your carpet will be horribly wet. If you don’t see water being sucked, means that there is some problem with your assembly. Either the water tank has not fit correctly, or the chamber that accumulates dirty water is not tight enough.
