This light is really simple and easy to use. I use it with my 60mm macro lens. There are several adapters to make the light fit on various sized lenses. The light can be fully on, or you can illuminate just the left or right side (or you can rotate it to do just top or bottom). It takes batteries or comes with an included AC adapter.

The only downsides are that you can’t select how many of the LEDs you want on (it’s be nice to only use 1/2 or 1/3 of them sometimes, but still have even light around the whole ring).

Also, there is no carrying case, you have to just use the box it comes in.

When it works, it’s great. But my batteries have only lasted one week, tops, on average. Even with very fresh batteries! Disappointing, even if I got it at Wal-Mart for $15. Get another light.

Cheap and Great. Living in the big city if Planet Bike Blinky Safety 1-Led Bicycle Light Set isn’t nailed down people will steal it! Actually even if it IS nailed down they will steal it, the nails and the thing it was nailed down to…Real simple to install and very bright. When I lock my bike down they just clip right off to take with. As mentioned in prior reviews the front light is not a substitute for a strong night beam, however I blink both ways because in Chicago everything is well lit. I’m more interested in not getting hit then seeing where I am going. Good product, well built and cost effective. Amazon is great and I have not had one single problem with them so far. Keep it up.
