I am extremely impressed with this piece of the new technology. My wife and I share this unit and are both happy. Changing font is quick and simple. The only thing lacking is the back light. I wish this unit had it. When I buy another it will be one with a back light for reading. Other than that its a great piec of equipment.

This book is spectacular. It has lots of suspense and excitement. I was surprised by the ending of the book because it seemed like what Artemis did with the gold, didn’t follow the plot. Artemis Fowl has lots of interesting characters such as: Butler, a super muscled bodyguard of Artemis, a 12 year old genius, criminal and millionaire. The only one to stop them is Captain Holly Short, a member of LEP, the fairy police. In this book Artemis has come up with an evil plan that associates with the fairies, elves and sprites. Read this book to find out what it is!

The wireless appeal is undermined by inconsistent performance in keyboard & mouse response. I’m having many typos at this stage. (My skill may, however, be compromised by my inexperience with the curved keyboard layout.) While the keyboard is visually attractive, the lettering on the keys is dim, unclear and hard to see, especially since the keys are translucent, and the letters (font) are clouded by the supporting key mechanism, which shows through. It would have been better to use a BOLD font on solid-colored (silver, gray?) plastic keys. To save the keyboard batteries, the CAPS LOCK light was unfortunately eliminated from the usual keyboard location, and installed instead on the Receiver, which is not visually accessible for word processing tasks. (A low-energy demand LED bulb on the keyboard would have been better solution.) Finally, the mouse is often surprisingly sluggish in responding, given the marketing PR. I will return this product rather than struggle with these limitations.

This is a simple set up that you cannot beat for the price. It is Logitech and they have yet to let me down. I needed a new mouse and keyboard that was simple and cheap. Great product for the price.
Logitech Internet 250 Desktop

GOOD :-)
The Keyboard is SPILL RESISTANT!!!
The Keyboard and mouse use only 1 USB port.
Laptop like FN key for Media/Shortcut functionality.
5 year warranty.

BAD :-(
There are NO LED indicators.
The right mouse button has developed a squeak.
The scroll wheel is noisy.

Other :-|
The 1000 DPI mouse is SLIM.
The keys are narrow, rather than flat and wide like laptop keys. They do have a good strike though, half click and half clunk.
The keyboard is flat with a reasonable amount of flex, but rigid enough to type on one’s lap.

:^) _OVERALL_ :^)

For $30, you can’t go wrong with this combo.
The build is slim, efficient, and good looking.
And with the spill-resistant design, hopefully it won’t succomb to the fate of my last keyboard which broke when my 15 mo daughter spilled milk all over it.
